All invoices are NET and this invoice is to be paid in full upon receipt at yard or upon delivery.
THERE IS A $25 SERVICE CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
Buyer agrees to pay seller's costs and/or reasonable attorney's fees incurred with or without suit to collect an amount due for this cash sale caused by returned checks or any other cause whatsoever.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, as to any goods which carry a manufacturer's or distributor's written warranty. As to all other goods, seller warrants to the original Buyer that the goods are free from defects for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase and that the seller will at Seller's option, repair or replace any goods which prove defective during the warranty period. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY, BUYER'S RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF GOODS NOT CONFORMING TO ANY MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR OR SELLER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER ORDINARY, INCEDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL. Some state do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions my not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal right, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries are to curbs only with no responsibility of Seller for broken sidewalks, curbs, or other improvements when delivery is requested elsewhere. No claims for shortages or deductions allowed after five (5) days from delivery. Credit allowed on stock items returned, subject to a handling charge, cartage to yard, and conditions of items.
RETURN POLICY
ALL RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

PURCHASES MADE BY CHECK ARE SUBJECT TO A 10 DAY WAITING PERIOD BEFORE A REFUND CAN BE ISSUED.
RETURNED YARD MERCHANDISE POLICY:
All Stocked Material: All items returned in resalable condition will be charged 25% for handling. Refunds are issued on returns made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to approval.
Abandoned Material: Materials purchased and not removed from Yard within 60 days will be returned to stock and a refund issued. This does not apply to Special Orders (see above).

WOOD HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Dispose of treated wood by ordinary trash collection or burial. Treated wood should not be burned in open fires or in stoves, fireplaces, or residential boilers because toxic chemicals may be produced as part of the smoke and ashes. Treaded wood from commercial or industrial use (eg., construction sites) may be burned only in commercial or industrial incinerators or boilers in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.
- Avoid frequent or prolonged inhalation of sawdust from treated wood.
- When power-sawing and machining , wear goggles to protect eyes from flying particles.
- After working with the wood, and before eating, drinking, and use of tobacco products, wash exposed areas thoroughly.
- If preservatives or sawdust accumulate on clothes, launder before reuse. Wash work clothes separately from other household clothing.
